Round 2 @ Thundercross
After a really good day of training on Saturday at L-cross Kyle was looking forward to one of his favorite tracks and going there as current points leader.
Unfortunate for Kyle and the team it was a day we would rather forget. In Kyles first moto he dropped the clutch and had no wheel spin at all, he was out the gate first but on the back wheel crossing three gates to his right and he hit another rider which disconnected his clutch by the time he got going he was a lap down, but with true heart and sportsmanship he pushed through and finished the race.
However for Kyle the day would only get worse on the line for redemption in the 1st 12-15 youth moto, he stalled the bike and had to get some people to push start the bike behind the gate, he had just missed the gate drop and once the bike was running as he was going over the gate the starter pulled the gate to the upright position, Kyle hit the gate and went over the handle bars and ended up breaking his collar bone in three places.
It was very unfortunate for him as he had really started to improve over the last month with Dustmx Academy and a crash that was not his fault at all has set him back from 4-8 weeks.
GET WELL SOON
Dustin also had a day to forget borrowing another different 450 and trying to nurse it hopping it would not blow up on him after the first moto he decided just to go for points the whole weekend, after having a few battles with Garret Edmisten in the 450 A and 16- 24 Chase Couture went 1-1 in the 450A followed by Garret Edmisten and Dustin Whitehead was in the 3rd.
Dustin Should have his own bike ready for bithlo in 2 weeks he still leads the 16-24 in the championship but will be looking to make a mark in the 450 A.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER TWO RIDERS TO JOIN DUSTMX ACADEMY IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA SERIES
